Troubleshooting Installation

Add-on appears but won't enable

  • Check the Blender console for error messages

In the Add-on Preferences

  • Toggle ON "Print Messages to Console" and record a video using the add-on while the messages are spawning. Send us the video and that will allow us to have a clue on what is going wrong.

Uninstallation

  1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons
  2. Search for "PolyPlanar"
  3. Click the arrow to expand it, then click the Remove button
  4. Restart Blender (optional but recommended)
